We'd spent the day mortaring the patio and so were totally exhausted by 7:30pm. I noticed that this had been published but we couldn't go for it as I'd promised The Bobcat that we'd play a game that he'd created.

When we finished two hours later I checked and noticed NJTs log. So I solved the puzzle using the "Dorset method" and found that now both my daughter and The Bobcat were keen on a night-time raid to Chiddingfold.

I was blinded while driving there as the large vehicle following us had full-beam headlights on all the way from Witley. Arriving at the GZ I stopped 50 yards short to let him pass, and saw him turn exactly where I had been planning to park. Another cacher we thought, but it seems it was just a coincidence.

It was obvious where to search, and The Bobcat spotted the cache.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
