Pretty sweet earthcache! Was very excited to be able to come to Central Park and do this one. Had fun exploring the rock and doing the research and learned a lot. When I was back in Wisconsin, I did a couple of earthcaches in the Kettle Morraine with a friend and kept pointing out erratics. She was impressed. This is a very well done earthcache and gets a favorite from this cacher! Thanks for the work in putting it together.

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
