J2d2 and I headed south along Hwy 40 after climbing Corkscrew Mountain to Strawberry Ridge were another cap and cache awaited our visit. We used the cutline and various ATV trails to get to the top, very steep but relatively free of deadfall. The cap was quickly found and photographed, thanks for cleaning it off so nicely TiE and other previous finders. After locating Sleepy hollow’s nearby cache we headed back down, with me, unfortunately choosing a really crappy route that lead us though much horrible deadfall before we regained the cutline. Ahh well, we still managed to get back to the truck, unscathed. Thanks for posting another wilderness cap ofth.

Limestone Mountain hides the cap numbers.

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
