Found it colincactus found Buckinghamshire Resuscitator Challenge Cache

Friday, February 19, 2016Southern England, United Kingdom

I always enjoy resuscitating an old cache especially when they are puzzles.
I'll use a puzzle for this challenge:
GC2HQ62 Look to the skies, which I found on 3-Nov-2012 and which had been previously found on 31-Oct-2011 by croquetmike.

After reading some of the previous logs I was expecting this one to take me ages, especially after my general incompetence at the previous cache. With the GPSr back in my possession I resolved to take better care of it in the future: I'd be lost without it (in more ways than one).

So a bit of trepidation in the approach, but I was in luck as I spotted the cache straight away. However the box had leaked badly - it had 5cm of water in the bottom which I emptied out. Some water had managed to get into the inner container too so the log was very wet. I signed it as best I could. Hopefully it will dry out.

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
