Saturday, 11 May 2019Värmland, Sweden

Just like the past two years, I was going to attend today's ÖVVE event.
Flasharry was way too busy at home and GunnarLJ had other obligations.
So our little Karlstad team was reduced to Nevelyn_Gorgora and me... but we got some extra help from our special guest for today: Herr_Krieg.
Together we were going to find as much caches as possible, hopefully get a few FTF's and most importantly have as much fun as possible.
The weather wasn't all that when we left Karlstad and started our first caches of the day, but it promised to get better later on.
Let's grab some caches!!

We arrived in Filipstad around kl.09.00.
Did a few caches at Kalhyttan to get into the groove.
By kl.10.00, when the new caches got published, we headed out to Brattfors.
A big trail had popped up there and it seemed a great opportunity to get our "finds"-finder up a bit.
After doing the trail it was time to catch our breath a bit and we decided we would take it a bit slower from here on out.

Before heading back to Filipstad, we wanted to clear the rest of the Brattfors caches.
This was one of them.
Herr_Krieg got the honors to find and log this one.

TFTC!

*To speed up logging we signed all logs using the first letters of our nicknames.
So if you see the letters MEH... That's us 😉 *

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
