2:04 pm MDT. I was puzzled as to why my coords had me decisively in the road. Realized that was correct. Many thanks to the previous cachers for loosening this one - I pulled the lid off with just my finger. The hole is still full of water. I see others have gotten the go ahead to log this one wet, so I will do likewise given the uncertainty about logging time left. Thanks! Pic attached.
