#4800 for the hippies!

Today was a good day as this was 1 of 3 DNFs that I managed to avenge, although I certainly didn't make this one easy. It was bad enough that I couldn't find this last time I was out, but even worse was not writing down the coords and then clearing my GPSr. So this time, all I had was the general area of GZ that I remembered from a couple of months ago. Luckily for me, the lil hippies were in a much better mood and we had fun wandering here and there, checking this and checking that. Eventually, I narrowed down the area and turned a corner to find the cache! Had a great time with the Ornithology series, looking forward to grabbing the last couple that I need to complete it. Thanks for all the time and effort that went into these!

The hippies wandered past at 3:05 PM on 9/24/13 listening to "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
