Found it Stormgren-X found 4.5lb Walleye

Saturday, June 8, 2013Ontario, Canada

Had quite the adventure getting to GZ and searching for the cache container. I was expecting to at best find only remnants of the container. Was surprised to find the container intact and all the items inside in good condition! Great to see so many fellow geocachers discussing the trip on the forum and watching the spot tracking!

I suspect the container survived so well being under moss and so close to the river bank allowed for good drainage and protection from the elements. I am planning to write a detailed log of our trip with photos, video, audio.

Took guitar pick and fishing lure, left Geocoin and Killarney Provincial Park patch. Signed log. CO will be visiting the cache site shortly and we had left him markers to guide him.

Wish we could have had the people following along on this fantastic trip!

The FindMoments after pulling out the cache container!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
