Special Agent NY... BriGuyNY, calling base camp. Base camp, do you read me?

I accepted Mission 007 at 20:00 hours upon departure from 12 hours at Employment HQ. By 20:30 hours I was in my transportation vessel, ready to begin. Under the cover of darkness was the chosen setting for infiltration to the Scarsdale system. Supporting gadgetry at hand for triangulation, sight, and inscriptions, I made my approach.

Lesson 1: Don't overlook the obvious. Having spent xx:30 hours in preparation for this mission, I was ready for decryption. Taking this mission downtown I threw myself into the Ground Zero battle zone. I was surrounded by an army of commonfolk, musicians, and high schoolers. My aural receptors rejoiced over the soothing tones coming from across the square as I spotted an open location under a street lamp in which to decode once again. Choir turned to brass as I had the key in hand. Back to the townhouses for another ground assault.

No visual devices allowed in these parts. The mission requires stealth as high priority here when numerous streetlamps cast your shadows as an unwanted figure lurking through the greens. Once in full black, close-up inspection illuminance was granted, and the shaker was extracted from the ground as evidence. Plotting a new course with map in hand, it was time to act like an ordinary citizen once more, except at an unordinary hour.

I prepared a fantastic cover for my business here, and with enforcement from the enemy around the corner inspecting the quickness of velocity from commonplace citizens, I knew it may come in to use, however I found myself surprisingly alone on these openly well-lit grounds. Making use of supplied tools that were provided by the mission control officer came in handy, decoding what I thought to be the final transmission, using a method that only special agents can visualize.

Arriving at the final destination, the path was clear. Enemy forces were sighted in a massive gathering on a large section of green, with bunkers and more aural tones, this time electronic and louder in transmission. I snuck around them using darkness as cover once again, in a no-illuminance zone. Once out of sight I lit the beacon and continued on course. The positioning device ticked down to its final moments. 400... 300... 200... 100... 50... 30... 5........

Locating the final, and making use of a decryption device prodided earlier during the pursuit, access was granted. With the goods revealed I made my presence known, not to the world of infidels, but to other agents who may also be up for this task, by scribing my signature on parchment, making note the time (22:51 hours), and that this is my 3,600th successful mission.

Thank you for assigning me this task, mission control officer "M". It is one of the best undertakings I have been granted access to since I became a special agent. I appreciate all your efforts here and will further rejoice in the memories of my travels. Until next time, this is BriGuyNY, over and out.

infoA multi-cache ("multiple") involves two or more locations, the final location being a physical container. There are many variations, but most multi-caches have a hint to find the second cache, and the second cache has hints to the third, and so on. An offset cache (where you go to a location and get hints to the actual cache) is considered a multi-cache.
