Found it gumbyphv found Brass Cap Cache- Smith-Dorrien Rd (Locked)

Friday, 17 June 2016Alberta, Canada

I found BCP161 Edmonton.

I usually like to try to find the cap before I have to take out the metal detector. That changed at this one, it was almost 9:30 pm and when I walked to GZ a nearby dog decided to announce my presence. With the time of day, the dog and the fact that I was looking around just on the other side of the fence to some backyards, I decided to quickly grab my metal detector. Luckily I go a reading right away, snapped some pics and move on to the next one. Thanks for another cap in an interesting green space. TFTBC

infoA virtual cache is a cache that exists in a form of a location. Depending on the cache "hider," a virtual cache could be to answer a question about a location, an interesting spot, a task, etc. The reward for these caches is the location itself and sharing information about your visit.

Because of the nature of these geocaches, you must actually visit the location and acquire the coordinates there before you can post. In addition, although many locations are interesting, a virtual cache should be out of the ordinary enough to warrant logging a visit.

Virtuals are now considered waymarks on Waymarking.com.
