Meet Nigel a zombie who has become patient number 70 in our study of the propagation of the zombie plague via geocaching. Nigel was a student at Salisbury University who was majoring in ceramics. He had large ears, but didn't really hear better than anyone else did. After finding them in his pancake mix one day, Nigel became fascinated with weevils, and began researching and collecting them.
We believe that Nigel contracted the zombie plague from patient # 11 Deirdre. Deirdre was a graphic arts major at the Maryland Institute. We known that they both attended a mixed media arts conference in Delaware, and that they both logged caches there as well. There is some scant evidence that they were working on ceramic cache containers that looked like weevils together, but we don't believe that any hides using these containers were ever published.
This travel bug is part of a larger study to take a closer look at how the zombie plague might propagate if the primary vector for spreading the disease was geocaching.
