Hiawatha returned to the land of our ancestors, and now wants to take a walkabout and visit the most primitive and far-flung sites on Earth. We travel with him, walking in the same moccasins. This journey continues -- and Hiawatha wants to visit as many Native cache sites as possible. (This TB also is happy to visit other caches as well!)
UPDATE (09/04/2020): This TB wants to go to the furthest reaches of the Native world--Australia, Fiji, Samoas . . . pick a place--just help me not get stolen!
UPDATE: On 08/18/2018 lostcheq (who's caches have livened up my annual trips to the Motherland) placed it in NGLVC TB Hotel. Many thanks to LostCheq for getting this OLD TB to it's northern WI destination!
UPDATE: This little TB made it to Team Venom near Port Washington, WI. Now it wants to just keep moving!
If you cannot move me along within a month or so, PLEASE don't take me (I keep getting lost)!
On the shores of Gitche Gumee, Of the shining Big-Sea-Water, Stood Nokomis, the old woman, Pointing with her finger westward, O'er the water pointing westward, To the purple clouds of sunset. [Hiawatha's Departure, and where our journey home begins.] By the shore of Gitche Gumee, By the shining Big-Sea-Water, At the doorway of his wigwam, In the pleasant Summer morning, Hiawatha stood and waited.
