Hi, my name is Ned, Ned Lander. I just got sabatical leave and want to travel the world. My main objectives are:
- My ultimate goal would be to visit one or more Legoland parks.
- I like to travel around the world trying to see all continents.
So far Europe, Asia, North-America and Oceania have been visited, so Africa, South-America and Antartica are still to be done. Although the last one will be difficult I guess. I would be nice if Ned could travel out of Oceania as he has seen it all in the past few years. Touch base, back home to the Netherlands, is also an option of course.
- To meet all kind of Lego 'people'
- It would be greatly appreciated that when you take me from one cache to another, that you send his family one or more picture(s) of his Lego/Geocaching adventures.
Hi, as stated, I'm Ned, and I like to travel the world. I'm originating from the Almere, Netherlands. But I got a lift from a family menber to Wien, Austria, so my journey starts there.
It has been a miracle, Ned has been lost for more then four yeas, but he's back. He got lost London, surfaced 4 years later in New Zealand of all places. Read the log, thanks a lot pear_orbs & friends!
The miracolous travels of Ned, 14 years on the move, over 235000 km (140000 miles), 3 times lost and found again...

so happy to see Ned travelling again. he seems to be the mythical creature arising from 'missing' to travel again and again.
My sister Low1 and I, GayeNT, have an affinity with Ned as we were both instrumental in one of his disappearances and re-surfacing.
happy travels Ned you have travelled a really long way.
