PS: Regarding the Bug’s name:
Wilhelm Tell was a skilled Swiss marksman who refused to bow to a tyrant’s hat placed on a pole. As punishment, he was forced to shoot an apple off his son’s head — and succeeded. Later, he killed the tyrant Gessler, sparking a revolt that led to Swiss independence.

This TB/GC is no longer on Helsinki City Museum cache and apparently hasn't been there for some time. Hopefully the geocacher who's retrieved it will submit the proper log soon.
In case the geocacher won't do it in a week or so we need to mark the item as missing in order to keep the geocache's inventory correct.
Most likely the TB is, though, safe and sound in the hands of a geocacher who hasn't yet been able to submit the proper online log.
