Current Goal

Dougal Dog Explorer would like to travel from his home county Dorset around the British Ilses. He is especially keen to visit Scotland (and if possible the West Highlands) as that is where his breed originated. Most of all Dougal Dog would just like to travel around as far as possible and we would love to see some photos of where Dougal Dog has visited. Please help him. Thank you in advance.

Dougal Dog Explorer was activated on 28th June 2006 and was first placed in 'STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES 2' on 2nd July 2006. Physically Dougal Dog Explorer is 2 inch long plastic West Highland Terrier toy with tag attached. The real Dougal Dog is a 8 old year West Highland terrier with a habit of mischievous adventure.

Picked up Dougal from Balmenach on a lovely day.
We took him up to the summit of Cairngorm (1245m) the next day to enjoy the hike and the views.
He's safe in the very north for now and I will get him on his way as soon as possible.
