just like a boomerang, this TB’s goal is to be thrown to a corner of the globe and then see how long it takes for it to return home.

2nd throw ... Mackay to Geocaching HQ via Canada
“I DON’T WANNA BE A STICK” TB OK – it’s a ‘boomerang’… boo·mer·ang A flat, curved, usually wooden missile configured and shaped, so that when thrown correctly, it can travel a long distance before returning to the thrower. Q. What do you call a boomerang that doesn’t come back – A. ‘a stick’… hence the name,- as I don’t want this boomerang to become a stick…
This is actually the TB's second throw.
1st throw ... Rockhampton QLD Australia to Florida USA, then back to Mackay QLD Australia
Over nearly 12 years flying around the globe, clocking up over 140,700 kms ... it made it back into my hands on 26/01/2018
It didn't quite look the same as when thrown, but it still made it back, thanks to the help of numerous geocachers along the way..
Let's see how it goes this time
