Discovered Cecil Duck in the WCP22 Harwood cache. It's part of a great series, so I hope someone moves Cecil along soon. I will be traveling, but the place I am going to will be difficult to cache in during the winter months, so I felt I should leave Cecil for someone who could move him to a more accessible area.
