It’s a lovely Autumn day to begin October. Thought I shouldn’t waste it so I took you to Brentford. This was the first point on the tidal portion of the River Thames which was easily fordable by foot in past times and so it’s possible Julius Caesar crossed the Thames here during his invasion of Britain in 54 BC. ⚔️
