About This Item

One cannot understate the importance of paying homage to our military veterans.  Whether you agree or not for the politics, many of them have paid a considerable price in name of our freedom and security.  For this alone, we owe them our respect.  This geocoin series was created to mark Remembrence Day in Canada (November 11) and was issued in 2011.

As we just recognized that this coin left Canada right after it was send out, it is time to leave you here. Just at the begining of the highway of veterans in this lovely hobbitcave seemed to be a good place to say goodbye.

Thanks for traveling with us such a long time.

    Best regards from Germany
