From Sea to Shining Sea TB

Or maybe the name of this TB should be From "C" to Shining "C"?? Hopefully by moving from Cache to Cache, Shelley the traveling turtle will eventually move from Coast (east US) to Coast (west US). Shelley is starting her journey at Topsail Island in North Carolina. Topsail Island has a turtle hospital where injured sea turtles are taken for rehabilitation. After they're once again healthy, they're released back into the sea (or is that "C"?). Anyway, please help Shelley find her way to the west coast.
