The Cat in the Hat Travel Bug Series
Sally and Conrad are home twiddling their thumbs on a rainy day. Their Mother is gone and they are bored. Their Party Pooper talking fish doesn't help. In comes the Cat in the Hat to have some fun. To help him, he brings in Fun in a Box containing Thing 1 and Thing 2. With kites a flying, the house becomes a mess as Mother approaches home. In the end, the Cat cleans the house with his cleaning machine and saves the day.

Sally and Conrad learn a lesson, to appreciate the usual order and calm of their home. Makes you wonder if their mother sent the Cat to the house to begin with. Hmmm
