About This Item

This is current shoulder patch, also called a Counsel Service Patch (CSP) of the Shawnee Trails Council (STC), Boy Scouts of America headquartered in Owensboro, KY. STC comprises the majority of counties in Western Kentucky, mostly west of I-65 but also includes the area around Glasgow, KY. Major cities in our Counsel include Bowling Green, Hopkinsville, Henderson, Madisonville, Murray and Paducah. South Fulton, TN and a few counties in Southern Illinois are also part of STC.

This is my first Travel Bug dedicated to the counsel as I have been an Adult volunteer for the past six years and a geocacher for the past four months. The two hobbies go hand in hand with one another as both encourage getting out in to the world and exploring. I hope this TB gets plenty of miles and passes through the hands of some fellow Scouters.
