About This Item

Maiden Flight

This airplane is one one of my sons. His name is pronounced "pear", Scandinavian for Peter.  

I gave Per this airplane when I returned from one of my many travels.  He brought the plane into the car one day when we were going to the store.  We started pretending he was the pilot and I was the control tower.  He would say  "Continental 737 requesting permission to back up",  and I would respond "Roger Continental 737, cleared to back up and take off"....  In my car we would fly all over the world.  I think he prefered the flights with meals (aka, stopping at McDonalds).  Like Continental airlines, my lovely son has passed and left me with this airplane. Lets take good memories and a toy into the future. No matter if you are in the car, airport or jet airliner... please take and post pictures!  Let's keep this airplane moving so we can make memories, read of it's adventures and be part of it's future!
