I want to get to Lacamas Lake in Vancouver, Washington

My owner (who lives in Connecticut) was given this trackable by his brother, who lives in Vancouver. I'd like to see if we can get it back to him. Please move me Westward. My goal is Vancouver Washington. There are a number of caches around Lacamas Lake. Once it lands there, my brother will pick it up. That would be cool! Thank you for your help.
