Cat's GeoGuitar Geocoin

I have noticed that eventually most coins that are released into caches become lost or stolen in a very short time. Someday I might make a photocopy of this coin and send it out, but for now, I will make "Virtual" coin drops into virtual caches.

If you find a virtual cache that lists this coin in it's inventory, and would like to discover it, send me an e-mail and I will I will give you the tracking number.

Found the virtual cache on my birthday while walking around the Quarter with a good friend. Messaged coin owner, hope to discover the coin.

It's a shame almost all coins soon vanish from caches now. When I first started caching in 2008, it was common to find them. Almost all of mine came up missing long ago, though, and i would no longer risk putting an actual coin in a cache. Great idea to have a virtual coin in this virtual cache.

Virtually discovered this TB at Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop virtual cache. This is a clever way to keep a TB in action after the physical piece disappears. 🙂
