Craft. It’s a word that gets tossed around a lot. Finding the right pieces, selecting each ingredient and then combining them with no shortcuts. It is the difference between making a pot of coffee and crafting the perfect cup.

At Captain Rodney’s we’ve been Geocaching nearly as long as we’ve been making our all-natural sauces, jellies and jams. The goal of "Ride Captain Ride" is simply to "sail" around the world, visiting as many geocaches & countries as possible. :-)

(Also, please don't "collect" this trackable, as that will take it out of circulation and spoil the fun. PLEASE do not take this travel bug unless you'll faithfully log it and take it to another cache. I received this cool trackable tag at the "ME- A Pirate's Life For Us!" event (GC759GJ) today (July 25, 2017) at Deering Oaks Park in Portland, Maine, USA as a part of the "Captain Rodney’s Great American Treasure Hunt" and trackable-tags giveaway.
Continuing my theme of naming most of my trackables after songs, "Ride Captain Ride" is a 1970 song by the band Blues Image, being their only Top 40 hit, reaching #4 in both the U.S. and Canada. The song has been covered by the bands Blood, Sweat & Tears as well as Phish, and has been featured in several television episodes.
I figured this key chain would make a nice attachment for the tag, considering the name I'd given it. :-) (I wanted to keep the word "Captain" in the name in honor of Captain Rodney's!)
