Current Goal

Go take a journey around the USA, remind people of out great Capitol - Washington, DC; especially during Cherry Blossom Festival.

About This Item

Our yearly jaunt to DC for Cherry Blossom Festival.  However, this year was unusually cold and the blossoms were delayed for our visit at the end of March and begining of April. Cold, as we frooze, along with the blossoms.  There were temps in the 30's while there. I have never experienced DC so cold,, even when we are there in the winter, freaky!
We headed up to Philadelphia for a couple of days, but came back to DC  for one day since the temps warmed up, not a full bloom, but next year hopefully will be better.
