I was playing a game once with my friend Steve who loved bacon. In the game everyone got an "if" statement and had to finish it with "than..." His was, "If pigs really could fly..." Steve finished it with, "Than airmail the bacon!" I thought it was so funny and the picture on this coin made me think of it. Especially because Buffalo is one of my favorite things to eat. If you're ever in Utah, the Treeroom at Sundance makes a great Buffalo tenderloin. I also had some buffalo ribs in Jackson WY that made me feel like Fred Flintstone. Try it sometime, but keep the coin going.
