Current Goal

Al has retired from patrolling the sewers of New York City. His goal is to travel back to the Sunshine State - specifically the "Blue Hole Cache" (GCGB29) on Big Pine Key, FL. Once there, he wants to wander around Florida, visiting areas where his relatives may hang out. Photos of his travels are always appreciated.

I had planned on dropping this guy off at Blue Hole Cache myself on our mid June trip to the Key West area. Much to my surprise, the trail to the cache area was closed due to "frisky" gator activity. (Mating season) So, I set him free in the "Bug Acceleration Zone" cache to make his own way to the Keys.

I was supposed to leave for Florida today, but the trip has been postponed for a month. I brought Al on a geocaching run with me today and got a photo of him sunning himself on a nice Canadian autumn day. Soon he'll be basking in the warm Florida sun.
