    Back in Minnesota. Quick find near home with geo-son #1 in a park he spent the afternoon playing at. Out on the road again tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I will have any time to fit in any caching.

    Greetings from the south side of the globe. (S 02° 09.488 W 079° 53.884)
    Guayaquil, Ecuador (GYE)

    We got down here around midnight last night (Monday). I took you along for a morning check of the cache I placed near the hotel. This cache went missing a few months ago, TeamAlamo graciously replaced before I could make it down here again. The nano cache is still in good shape. I wish we could get out an do a little more caching today, but there are only 2 caches in this entire city - both placed by me. Only 49 caches in the entire country! Obviously caching hasn't taken off down here as much as in the USA.

    Get some rest this afternoon, because we leave around midnight tonight for the redeye flight back to IAH, CAL flight 818. Should be back in the USA by 6am, then commute home to MN on the 7:23am flight.

    In MSY (New Orleans, LA) for the night. Did a little maintenance on a cache I have near the hotel. I leave later today for IAH, then CAL flight 810 IAH-GYE. Don't forget your passport. I'll log again tomorrow from south of the equator. Get some rest, it will be a long flight.

    Last geocaching stop on our north trek home to Minnesota. Back to flying the big bird tomorrow....I leave tomorrow for a 4-day trip. No jetleg expected, just a long trip south.
