In September 2008 MrsB's Geefer Gecko disappeared in Devon, in mysterious circumstances. Geefer was bred at the Welsh Gecko Stables ('84) and he was at optimum racing fitness when he started out in the Welsh Gecko Race 2008. Unfortunately he only managed to scamper a hundred miles before disappearing without trace near Salcombe. Rumours within the racing gecko fraternity that he simply "opted out" to enjoy the life of a beach bum gecko rather than face ignominious return to Wales as a failed racing gecko are surely unfounded. MrsB suspects he met the same fate as Shergar.
November 2013 - The original Geefer re-appeared and was posted back to The Blorenges!
Geefer lives! He lives!
Off he goes again...
