This travel bug would like to stay close to water. Whether it be the ocean, a lake, a tide pool, a fountain, a river, a stream, or even a puddle. Extra bonus points if you take it along on a fishing trip (but please do not use it as bait ��). Pictures are welcomed and encouraged.
Olivia and I have never needed a reason to hike the Montara Mountain, but on this particular day HMB Lipripper gave us a purpose, "The 13th Floor" (GC2BZDC). It was a great hike, (we managed to do it in an hour, our best time yet), and this travel bug was a Second To Find prize.
It was not until recently that I Googled "Lipripper," only to learn that it is a term for a fisherman. So Olivia and I thought that it would be fitting to send this travel bug out with a lure attached. We went to the local fishing store in Pacifica and confessed to the shop owner that we knew nothing about fishing, but needed a lure for the travel bug. The owner suggested this one, and after we purchased it, we walked out of the store to see another customer, obviously a fisherman, walking to the front door with a t-shirt that read, "Here...fishy...fishy...fishy." And that is how we got the title for this travel bug.
