...Dorsetgal und GeoDog - auch bekannt als Wendy Morrell und ihr Diensthund Udo - hatten die Ehre, das olympische Feuer zweimal in ihrem Leben zu tragen! Die Gelegenheit, solch ein einzigartiges Ereignis zu erleben, wird nur einer Handvoll Menschen weltweit geboten - und Wendy durfte es zwei Mal erleben! Zuerst trug sie 2008 die olympische Flamme in London - zusammen mit ihrem Diensthund Caesar über die London Bridge - auf dem Weg nach Peking / China. Und ihre zweite Nominierung war für die Olympischen Spiele 2012 in London zusammen mit ihrem neuen Diensthund Udo, nachdem Caesar plötzlich verstorben war. Dies ist eine der Geocoins, die eine Geschichte erzählt - in diesem Fall eine ganz besondere - und ich bin froh, dass ich stolzer Besitzer dieser Coin bin und sie jetzt meiner Sammlung hinzufügen kann!
...Dorsetgal and GeoDog – also known as Wendy Morrell and her service dog Udo – had the honor to carry the Olympic fire twice in their lifetime! The opportunity to have such a lifetime-event is only held for a handful of people worldwide – and Wendy did it twice! Schöne Coin!
Eine würdige Bereicherung Deiner unfassbar einzigartigen Sammlung, die inzwischen so groß ist, dass ich es aufgegeben habe, mit Loggen hinterherkommen zu wollen.
Ich hoffe allerdings, dass ich jetzt in der Quarantäne ein paar Fortschritte machen kann - bitte verzeih den Einheitslog.

A part of mel-whv coin collection could already be discovered during the last years while visiting or chatting with mel-whv 🙂 It is a huge collection and is still growing, so now it is on the time to discover some of the new coins of his awesome coin collection, which were purchased in 2021 😎

Zunächst möchte ich mich herzlich beim Owner dafür bedanken, dass ich die Möglichkeit erhalte, mir seine Sammlung etwas genauer anzusehen. Enthalten sind so viele alte und auch seltene Stücke und ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, mir die Listings und die detaillierten Fotos anzusehen. Auch die vielen ausgefallenen Icons sind natürlich ein Anreiz.
Es wird sicherlich Wochen, wenn nicht sogar Monate dauern, bis die komplette Sammlung gesichtet ist und alles "entdeckt" wurde, aber verdient hat sie es.
