About This Item


Always wear an approved helmet for the activity that you are doing whether bicycle, motorcycle riding or something like rollerblading and skateboarding. One day it could just save your life.
Wear protective clothing--leather or equivalent for motorcycles. This may not be "cool" but road burn--when you have to drop the bike unexpectedly like for a dog running into the road--is very painful and is treated like a regular burn. This means long pants and sleeves with also boots or heavy shoes--no sandals.

Take an approved motorcycle safety course. You may know how to ride but you need to be aware of the other drivers and how to reaction when something unexpected happens.

Be aware of road conditions.

This coin is being released in loving memory of Todie Phillips (Tod of Team Rod & Tod w/KAboom...the Cachestalkers) who was killed in a motorcycle accident on August 12, 2008 when a truck turned in front of him and he lost control.
