This trackable is unusual for its longevity. In the five-year period, 2010-14, the owner released a total of 1721 travel bugs in the United States (95%) and Europe (5%). This travel bug is one of the 2% of the total that circulated for at least 5 years and had been moved at least 25 times. That is a rate of five drops per year for five years. As of 21-Dec-19, this particular travel bug had survived for 9.7 years and had been moved by 67 cachers. How far can it get? Keep it moving!
Please drop it in rural OR Premium Member Only caches. Do not place it in an urban cache or abandon it at a caching event where there is no security. Transport the bug in the original plastic bag for as long as the bag lasts; the bag keeps the trackable clean, protects the number and prevents tangling with other items. Otherwise, take the travel bug anywhere you wish. No permission is needed to leave the U.S.

The State Flag of Texas is possibly the most iconic flag among those of the 50 states. The Lone Star Flag was one of several used as battle flags in the war of independence from Mexico. However this is the one that was adopted on January 24, 1839 as the national flag of the Republic of Texas. The flag was later adopted as the official state flag when Texas became the 28th state in 1845. Like the flag of the United States, the blue represents loyalty, the white represents strength, and the red is for bravery.
