I found the cow in Lebanon Hills Park. It had come from northern MN. The travel bug was affixed to the Milk Cow on Dec 30th, and released in Wilderness Park. I was going to try to take it to Mexico, but when I saw that Ko_tis_vey has copped another travel bug from this cache about 5 minutes before I got here, I decided to leave it here. The drive in is kind of of odd; you pass a real junk yard of cars, but the park is really cool once you get in! The original cow owners wanted the cow to go a long way, so I thought that sticking a bug on it would help!
Update 4/2002
I received an email from kimrobin in the UK that he had found the bug and was taking it back to Minnesota for a visit, since his wife hails from here originally. He asked if I would like to have it come back, or come back for a bit and then go back to the UK. I admit, I missed the little bovine, and when he came back to the States, I spent a day caching with him, and then he and his brood came over for dinner and bevvies, and he returned the cow. It was a wonderful experience in International-Geocaching relations! Anyhow, I'll probably re-launch the bugger in the near future, after she's had a chance to rest a bit!
Update 4/28/02
I took the Cow and another bug up to the Mission Impossible this morning, as I have reason to believe this mystic portal will take them to the more temperate clime of Central California.

We found this nice cow in the wonderful Nature Reserve Forest "Davert" in the "Münsterland". Maybe she travels to Great Britain next week.
