I was not in Scouting as a youth, as I am the wrong gender for my time. However, I have been a Scout leader for nearly 30 years, hence my geoname. I will move this on soon.

Discovered this traveller at the Canada's Capital Cachers June Geo Workshop event. I was a brownie and girl guide back in the day. In this era, I am a leader with cubs, scouts, venturers and rovers. Always try to find a way to introduce the youth to geocaching too.

Thanks for setting it free and sharing it with us.

Grabbed this geocoin from dggram while out caching in Ottawa ON.

I used to be a Brownie and a Girl Guide, as was my daughter.

There are many cachers I know in the Ottawa area involved in scouting and will try and pass it on to one of them.

Retrieve It from a Cache 6/10/2013 dggram retrieved it from Bits and Pieces Travel Bug Hotel, Courtice. Ontario, Canada   Visit Log

Well not being of the gender, that which in my days, would have been impossible, I was never a scout. I was however a Girl Guide as a child and a Ranger leader, and then treasurer on the organizational level. Friends, camping, the outdoors and many happy memories remain. I will take this coin out west in a few days.
