[Fra] L'estampage de fer est un methode traditionelle pour tracer l'origin des objets en fer ou acier. Selon un décret royal suédois en 1886, toutes les ferronneries et aciéries doivent avoir un ou plusieurs timbres pour l'estampage de fer. Cet objet voyageur est une copie du timbre utilisé par Åminne Bruk, une ferronnerie située pres du lac Vidöstern en la province du Småland, dans le sud de la Suède.
[Eng] Iron stamping is a traditional method for tracking the origin of an iron or steel object. According to Swedish royal decree in 1886 all iron and steel works were required to have one or more registered iron stamps and this stamp had to be put on all larger iron and steel products made for sale. This trackable is a replica of the iron stamp used by Åminne Bruk, an iron work located next to the lake Vidöstern in Småland in the south of Sweden.
