My mission is to make it to South East Asia and all points along the way- would LOVE to make it to Laos someday as that was my owner's favorite, but one thing at a time! Please move me along as one move is better than none, and would love pictures along the way too...
My owner is a world traveler who has been to 35 countries on five continents, but is now stuck in Cleveland, Ohio doing her master's degree in physics. So us Travel Bugs volunteered to go out into the world for her and visit her favorite places! She says you can read all about her adventures at www.whereisyvette.com.
All good backpackers make it at some point to South East Asia- learning to scuba dive on Thai islands, exploring the jungle temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, making friends from all over the world all for a few dollars a day. One of my owner's favorite things she ever did though was go searching for endangered black gibbons in the jungles of Laos as part of "The Gibbon Experience," which involved living in treehouses and making use of an amazing zipline network! Such an incredible corner of the world, so she's hoping I will make it back there someday.

I had place this here after a rescue and forgot to log it.
It's now June 14th 2011 and time to rescue it again.
Sorry I went into the hospital shortly after placing and am now just getting moving again.
