7th cache of our London caching on the way to London Bridge station to return home after WWFM V.
Undoubtedly my favourite cache of the night, mainly because of the hilarity involved in retrieving it. With hindsight, Muggles must have been hiding the visual clue when we arrived because we discounted this level entirely and concentrated on another. After peering under and in all the appropriate places on the next level, I commented on the proximity of the refreshment stand on the other side of the window which had one lonely staff member at it. 10 minutes of searching later and Pink-Inc snorted and pointed at the deserted stand and lo! the entire area was jammed with theatre goers. At that point, we decided we were on the wrong level and, for some reason, decided we had to go in the theatre and up a level. Not a great idea in the interval of a performance... Back to the other level and we dismantled a few things, had a grope and put them back together. Then read the logs and took note of the CCTV camera and decided to try another level. Luckily, we didn't have to dismantle too many things here before we had the cache.
I've not laughed so much in ages... not even when Pink-Inc filmed me re-calibrating the compass on my Colorado 300.
A memorable cache for our 100th find.
