About This Item

Barry Junior eager to start his trip

Barry Junior wants to grow up as a famous St. Bernard dog. He was named after Barry, who lived in the Great Saint Bernard Pass 200 years ago. Barry was the epitome of life-saving St. Bernard dogs. After his death, he was stuffed and preserved. To this day, you can see him on exhibit in the Science Museum in Bern.

Barry Junior is on this journey in search for his roots. He has been to Bern and achieved his ambition to visit Barry. He is now on his way back home to an island in a lake in Southern Sweden. On the way, he hopes to make friends with other travellers, especially dogs. Meeting a fellow(?) St. Bernard on his way would, of course, make him overjoyed.

Barry Junior's home cache is Ugnsmunnarna.

I'm not quite sure if Barry will find the shortest possible way to Bern. But I rely on him and his abilities. He seems to have a good nose for the right way.

Habe das Hündchen im Norf-Cache gefunden. Werde ihm einen kleinen Hundekuchen servieren und dann wieder auf die Reise schicken...

Beste Grüsse, Thomas

Ok, we didn't bring you to Rostock but we bring you to ''Bern-d the bread'', is it enough, or do you need to go to Bern?

My friend gave it to me after coming back from Denmark... will try to find him a nice "home" so he will see more of Germany before going to Bern

I have been to the gerneral assembly of the world federation of independent scouts (WFIS).
We had to wait for out transportation to the scoutcenter 3h at the airport and I used the time to do some geocaching.

I brought a TB from the Düsseldorf Airport TB hotel with me and took the tb Barry Junior who wants to travel to Bern.

There were two girls from switzerland at the conference as well and I thought about asking them to take barry directly to Bern..but I decided that it would be much more fun for Berry to see germany first.
