Tijdens een lange wandelcache in de ongerepte natuur van de Ardennen (Noire Desir, 16 januari 2009) vonden we in een half besneeuwd bos deze Teddy beer. Hij verdween in de rugzak, en aangezien hij te nat en te vuil was om in de cache te stoppen mocht hij mee naar huis. Fris gewassen ging hij mee op een volgende cache tocht, en een volgende, en nog vele volgende. Telkens kon ik niet goed afscheid nemen. Intussen is Teddy Noire Desir het cachen wel gaan waarderen en werd het duidelijk dat hij als TB een spannender leven zou gaan leiden dan alleen maar in en uit onze rugtassen gestopt te worden.

During a long walk in the wild and unspoiled forrests of the Ardennes (Noire Desir, January 16th 2009) we found this little Teddy Bear.
It has been put into our backpack and because it was too wet and dirty to be dropped into the cache we took it home.
After that we took the little Bear on quite a lot caching trips and everytime I changed my mind, not beeing able to part with this cute litlle Teddy Bear.
In the mean time Teddy Noire Desir started to appreciate geocaching a lot and it became obvious that his live would be quite more exciting as a Travel Bug instead of being moved from cupboard into the backpack.
