Axeman

We found this fireman in the Big Cottonwood Cache while visiting Park City, Utah. We decided to turn it into a travel bug and send it home to meet our fireman son, Shane. We named the bug after the cacher who left it.

After picking up Axeman in the Plains country, he travelled with me to almost every National Park from the Grand Canyon to Yellowstone. He even went by a Fire Fighters memorial east of Yellowstone but unfortunately I didn't have any film in the camera for a shot at the memorial. Now he is resting under a shady tree in Northern Virginia close to Dulles International Airport. Hopefully someone will help him get to Ohio soon.
