This is a rubber 'Cool' penguin keychain with a standard dogtag travel bug number attached. This little guy is wearing his favorite blue sunglasses and is ready to find some new traveling companions and see some really 'Cool' places! He is not meant to be kept for long, maximum is 3 weeks just to help keep this trackable going.
