SIGNAL's Mission is to make his way around the US settling in Premium Member Caches, so he isnt stolen, and he can eventually make his way back to PA. SIGNAL needs a nice Cache Home so Please DO NOT KEEP him.
SIGNAL hasn't seen the Mid-West and would like to check it out, especially Texas!! When SIGNAL has Traveled the US, I would hope he would come home to PA again.
Getting SIGNAL to see the USA is his Mission, but also to come home Safe.
