The 78 Tour Geocoin is traceable at geocaching.com with its own icon. The coin was made for the 78 Tour Event in France on May 27th and 28th 2006 and is the first French Geocoin.
The coin has a diameter of 1 3/4 inches and is 1/8 inch thick.
The 78 Tour took place in the 78th Departement of France, the "Ile de France". As the number 78 is also well known to record lovers one side of the coin resembles a record.
