About This Item

This Trackable is part of a series where I make a trackable for each 193 U.N recognized countries. This series will take a long time. I will be making 10 new trackables every few months.

 

The Gambia is a small West African country, bounded by Senegal, with a narrow Atlantic coastline. It's known for its diverse ecosystems around the central Gambia River. Abundant wildlife in its Kiang West National Park and Bao Bolong Wetland Reserve includes monkeys, leopards, hippos, hyenas and rare birds. The capital, Banjul, and nearby Serrekunda offer access to beaches. ― Google

Picked this traceable bug up on vacation with my partner. We were too early to check into our hotel, and with time to kill, we interdused my parents to geocacheing. On our first find with them, they found a great cache with this in it i hope they're hooked. Though this would be a good spot to give it a chance to travel more.
