This travel bug has the modest goal to circulate more than five years and to be moved by at least 25 cachers. As of 18-Oct-19 it had survived for 6.8 years but it had been moved by only 15 cachers. How far can it get? Keep it moving!
Please drop it in rural OR Premium Member Only caches. Do not place it in an urban cache or abandon it at a caching event where there is no security. Transport the bug in the original plastic bag for as long as the bag lasts; the bag keeps the trackable clean, protects the number and prevents tangling with other items. Otherwise, take the travel bug anywhere you wish. No permission is needed to leave the U.S.

Keychain Pendant. I picked up this item in Caen (pronounced con), in Normandy, France, on a trip there in October 2012. It is a agricultural region and this particulary item draws attention to the dairy industry. Among other things they produce two wonderful kinds of table butter. One is sweetened and the other is unsweetened with sea salt added. Bite off the end of a warm baguette, slather either kind of butter on it, bite that off and keep going until the butter or baguette is gone--what a treat!.
