Team Trout shows JUST DUCKY the rules Team Trout shows JUST DUCKY the rules of the lake. Notice the rule "DO NOT feed the wildlife including ducks". Sebago Lake is a public supply for the city of Portland, Maine. The south end of the lake where we are is where the pumping stations for the water supply are and there is a public boat launch here also. Because of all this, there are several rules that must be followed to protect the water supply.
