Neptune waving goodbye to Big Rig King Neptune with the beach in the background. I think he is waving goodbye to Anthony's 50 State Big Rig. Even though it is mid November the temperature was still in the low 70's.

Big Rig visiting King Neptune in Virginia Beach The travel bug is on top of the dedication plaque. It is almost easier to see the dog tag. As you can see, Neptune is very large.
